Mr. Hiren Panchal has 27 years of versatile experience in field of the Corrosion, Materials, In-service Inspection (Reliability) of fixed equipment in crude oil refinery, petrochemical & power sector. He has also sound experience in QA/QC & legal compliance for mega project for Oil & Gas sector (Up, Mid & Downstream), Power Sector & Petrochemical sector. He has provided material requirements for Hydrogen generation and petrochemical plant. He has completed more than 50 failure analysis for static equipment & piping for refinery, petrochemical & power plant.
He is graduate Engineer in the metallurgy and material engineering from National Institute of Technology, one of the highly reputed technology institutes in India.
Currently working in Linde Engineering India Pvt. Ltd, Leading Technology + EPC Engineering company. Prior to that he worked for HPCL Mittal Energy Limited – Crude Oil Refiner (One of successful public private company), Bureau Veritas, leading Inspection & certification agency and Larsen & Toubro Limited – Leading EPC Project company.
He also worked mega project for offshore like subsea pipeline laying project in India. He also sounds knowledge on gas metering system for domestic and industry gas station.
He has also expertise on implementation of SAP QM Process, IBM Cognos software (Management enterprise systems) for KPI, Reports & Dashboard & RBI Software (Capstone) for Risk Based Inspection of plant process unit. PEW-COMOS (Plant Engineering work) software for preparation for Material & Corrosion diagram (MCD).
He is an active member of the Indian Institute of Metals and serving Vadodara Chapter as Honorary secretary since last three years. He is also part of management committee in the Indian Institute of Welding since last three years. Hiren is passionate about knowledge sharing and always ready to extend his support for betterment of metallurgy, corrosion & Welding communities.
